Tyler Faubion

Tyler Faubion serves as a Managing Director for Bridge Debt Capital Markets and is a member of the Investment Committees for Bridge Opportunity Zone Fund V and VI. Tyler brings over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and banking. In his capacity at Bridge Investment Group, Tyler focuses on developing and maintaining lending relationships, and leads the debt placement efforts for various sectors, including Corporate, Opportunity Zone, Industrial, and Single-Family Rental. Over the course of his career, he has successfully arranged and originated over $5 billion in real estate debt across diverse asset classes, including multi-family, office, industrial, and fund finance facilities. Prior to joining Bridge, Tyler held the position of Executive Director at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), where he specialized in originating debt for institutional real estate sponsors. Before that, he served as a Director with Bank of America’s Commercial Real Estate Banking Group. Additionally, he brings valuable experience as a former bank examiner and resolutions specialist at the FDIC. Tyler earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, graduating Cum Laude with a double major in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
