We seek to incorporate innovative and sustainable development principles to produce a forward-looking product in a space where design has remained relatively static over the past two cycles. Our developments are expected to be built to LEED specifications and are expected to include EV Charging Stations, LED lighting, natural light, regionally sourced materials, timber integration, and solar installation where feasible.
