MAKING AN IMPACT
SUMMER ANALYSTS
Our Summer Analyst program is a 10-week program aimed at rising college Juniors and Seniors. Our structured program provides Summer Analysts with hands-on experience and insights into Bridge and our verticals, as well as project work in areas of strategic importance. As a Summer Analyst, your team will welcome you as a full-time contributor like any other employee. You will get firsthand experience on key projects, as well as the ability to collaborate with some of the best minds in the industry.
Each year, the program kicks off with an interactive meeting with Bridge's Executive Chairman and ends with a team presentation showcasing the team's research and analysis to Directors and the Executive Leaders of Bridge.
FUll-time ANALYSTS
Additionally, we hire Full-Time Analysts who perform meaningful work from day one. As a Full-Time Analyst, you will be expected to take on high-importance projects that drive firm decisions, while expanding on your business acumen, industry knowledge, and technical skills.
REID MCDUFF
VICE PRESIDENT
BRIDGE DEBT STRATEGIES
"I started at Bridge as a summer intern on the Debt Strategies team. My internship with Bridge Debt Strategies was a valuable learning experience focused on commercial real estate fixed income investing, including acquisition financing, CMBS, and financial engineering. During my internship at Bridge, the team was extremely welcoming and approachable, providing ample opportunity to ask questions and learn directly from senior investment professionals.
Since starting full-time on the Bridge Debt Strategies team, I have been promoted from Analyst to Associate to Vice President. At each level, I felt and could see the direct impact of my work and how it fit within the team's collective output as we continued to grow."
