Matthew Bavoso

Matthew A. Bavoso serves as a Managing Director for Bridge Debt Strategies Fund Manager. Matt has more than 25 years of experience in real estate law and real estate finance. Before joining Bridge, he worked in Morgan Stanley’s commercial mortgage-backed securities group for nearly ten years, closing fixed and floating rate, senior and mezzanine, commercial loans. Matt also practiced law for nearly ten years with a focus on zoning and land use matters, real estate development and commercial and residential real estate transactions. Matt received a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University School of Law and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
