Cynthia Adams
MANAGING DIRECTOR, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BRIDGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Cynthia Hernandez Adams serves as Managing Director of Bridge Property Management and has 30 years of multifamily property management experience, including conventional, affordable housing, Tax Credit and HUD.
Cynthia started her career as a leasing agent working for companies such as Trammell Crow Residential and Gables Residential, quickly rising through the ranks. Prior to joining Bridge, Cynthia was Vice President of Operations for Guardian Equity Management in Houston, Texas. As Vice President of Operations, she managed all departments including operations, HR, accounting, acquisitions, dispositions, and construction.
As Managing Director of Bridge Property Management, Cynthia oversees all property management processes, personnel and operations of properties located in Phoenix and Texas. Previous markets include Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Prior to her promotion to Managing Director in January 2023, Cynthia served as Regional Manager, Director of Special Projects, and Vice President. She has been instrumental in dispositions, acquisitions and value-add improvements that have allowed Bridge to increase value and deliver strong returns to investors.
