Christopher Skardon
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR, CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER & CO-CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BRIDGE SINGLE-FAMILY RENTAL
Christopher Skardon serves as Senior Managing Director of Bridge, and Chief Investment Officer and Co-CEO of Bridge Single-Family Rental (“SFR”). Prior to Bridge, Chris was Co-Managing Partner of Gorelick Brothers Capital, where he joined in 2008. At Gorelick, Chris was the CIO for several investment funds focused on SFR, mortgage and structured product strategies. He was also a co-founder and Managing Member of Goal Properties, Gorelick’s affiliated SFR property management company. Christopher has over 30 years of trading and investment experience in mortgage-backed and structured finance securities, and single-family residential homes. Previously, Christopher held senior roles at Banc of America Securities LLC, American Capital Access, Prudential Securities, and Deutsche Bank Securities. Christopher graduated with a BA in History from Yale University in 1991, and resides in Charlotte, NC.
