Todd Gorelick

SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BRIDGE SINGLE-FAMILY RENTAL

Todd Gorelick serves as Senior Managing Director and as Co‐Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Single-Family Rental and is responsible for all non-investment functions including property management. Todd co‐founded Bridge SFR’s predecessor, Gorelick Brothers Capital, in 2003. He has over 30 years of professional investment experience. He led the development of the firm’s information technology systems and designed its principal business processes and operational controls. From 1991 to 2003, he was the chief executive of Atlantic Title Insurance Company, and from 1993 through the same period, he was co‐founder and Senior Managing Partner of Atlantic Assurance Group, a national appraisal management and title information business. In that role, he led the formation of HomeFocus, Bank of America’s mortgage settlement services company.

Todd was previously President of Home Mortgage Company, a residential mortgage lender, and an analyst for Freedom Investments, a commercial real estate banking firm. He is an active volunteer in his community and has served on boards of numerous civic, religious, and educational institutions. He is currently a trustee of the Central Piedmont Community College Foundation, a director of Charlotte science museum Discovery Place, and a director of the Foundation of Shalom Park. He has previously served as Board Chair of the Greater Charlotte Cultural Trust, Charlotte Country Day School, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte. Todd received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Princeton University in 1986.
