Nick Gonzalves

Nick Gonzalves serves as Managing Director & Co-Chief Investment Officer, Development & Opportunity Zones, where he leads investment strategy and portfolio execution for Bridge’s Opportunity Zone platform. Nick has been with the platform since its inception and has played an integral role in building it into the largest of its kind in the country, with a portfolio of more than 25,000 residential units and 2.5 million square feet of commercial space across seven funds. Nick has broad experience across all major commercial real estate asset types, with expertise spanning acquisitions, development, capital structuring, joint-venture partnerships, asset management, and portfolio management, and has completed more than $7 billion of investment transactions.

Nick joined Bridge from Clarion Partners, where he worked on the acquisition of office, industrial, multifamily, and retail investments. Prior to Clarion, he worked in acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions for Bridge Investment Group’s multifamily value-add and office funds. Nick received his bachelor’s degree in Facility & Property Management from Brigham Young University and his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with majors in Finance and Management.
