Rich Voinovich

Rich Voinovich serves as Senior Vice President, Technology & Strategic Operations for Bridge Property Management.  He is responsible for developing the technology roadmap, aligning tech investments with business goals and implementing innovative solutions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Rich joined Bridge in 2025 and has over 20 years of experience as a technology leader.  He is passionate about driving transformative initiatives and leveraging technology to drive strategic impact, streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.      

Prior to joining Bridge Property Management, Rich was SVP, Technology for Equity Residential.  His expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, managing large-scale budgets, and fostering key strategic partnerships will be invaluable as we continue to evolve and expand at Bridge. Rich earned his degree in Finance from Illinois State University and his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.  He is a two-time finalist for the Chicago CIO ORBIE awards.      

Rich lives in Chicago with his husband Chris and enjoys all outdoor activities as well traveling the world and exploring new places.
