Shanna Pope

Shanna Pope is the Senior Vice President of Bridge Property Management. Shanna recently joined Bridge with over two decades of multifamily operational and asset management experience. Shanna is passionate about leading her team through clear, compassionate and effective leadership.  

Shanna started at Riverstone Residential and when they were bought out, she was asked to help with the start-up of Avenue 5 where she helped with the construct of the company. Most recently prior to Bridge Shanna worked as a Director of Asset Management for Livcor. Her expertise on both sides, operations and asset management, plays an instrumental part in her driving the business with an investment forward mindset.  Shanna excels at implementing data driven strategies to enhance asset performance and business process improvement. She has seen success in managing diverse portfolios throughout her career to include lease- ups, conventional, affordable, and mixed-use. 

Shanna resides in Austin, TX with her husband and three children. Most weekends are spent at the soccer fields or basketball courts. When she is not on the sidelines, she enjoys nature and live music.
