Dugan Fife

Dugan Fife is the Head of Wealth Solutions and a Senior Managing Director at Bridge Investment Group. In this role, he leads the firm’s private wealth strategy, overseeing the expansion of Bridge’s wealth solutions platform and guiding capital‑raising efforts across private wealth channels. Dugan drives the development of innovative investment opportunities and tailored strategies designed to meet the evolving needs of private wealth clients.

Prior to joining Bridge, Dugan served as Senior Managing Director for Private Wealth and Institutional Capital Markets at Hines Private Wealth Solutions. Over his more than two decades in the industry, he has managed capital‑raising initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, led regional and divisional distribution teams, and played a key role in shaping multiple investment programs. He originally joined Hines in 2004 as one of the firm’s first Regional Directors, quickly advancing to Western Divisional Director in 2007 and later to Senior Managing Director in 2010.

Earlier in his career, Dugan worked in capital markets distribution covering Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
