Brandon Flickinger
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER, BRIDGE NET LEASE
Brandon Flickinger serves as Senior Managing Director and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Bridge’s Net Lease strategy and has over 18 years experience in the real estate, finance and investment banking industries. As Co-CIO, Brandon oversees the sourcing, negotiating and structuring of investments throughout the U.S.
Prior to his current position, he was an Executive Vice President with a publicly-traded REIT where he lead the investments and asset management teams that acquired industrial and office assets in the Southeastern and Western U.S. Brandon entered the real estate sector in 2006 and spent over five years in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Real Estate Investment Banking group where he was part of a team responsible for identifying, underwriting, managing, financing and servicing all forms of capital for commercial real estate investment totaling $3 billion. From 2001 to 2004, he worked in the fixed income department at Alliance Bernstein. Brandon earned an MBA from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA from James Madison University.
