EDUCATION BRIDGES

We provide educational scholarships and internship opportunities for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, and support engaging STEM and social-emotional learning opportunities to youth. Since 2017, Bridge has donated over $530,000 to fund educational scholarships and enable pursuits of higher education for talented Bridge Scholars.

BRIDGE THE GAP TO FINANCIAL WELLNESS

We seek to build lasting, vibrant communities where residents can thrive. Alongside stable housing, we offer credit improvement, financial literacy, academic programs, and employment readiness training for residents of our properties.

BRIDGE TO HEALTHY OUTCOMES

We prioritize access to health by providing onsite health screenings, educational workshops and supplemental food distribution.

BCEI BY THE NUMBERS

In 2024, Project Access served a total of 13,972 residents at Bridge’s WFAH assets:

  • HEALTH & WELLNESS: 5,132 youth and adults engaged through health information workshops, nutrition education classes, mental health/wellness workshops, exercise classes, health insurance application assistance, and more.
  • COMMUNITY BUILDING: 10,350 youth and adults reached through community building events, family workshops, pop-up activities, outreach, and more.
  • EDUCATION FOR YOUTH & FAMILIES: 4,176 youth and families reached though after school programs, youth activities, social and emotional learning curriculum, and more.
  • ECONOMIC STABILITY: 3,003 youth and adults reached through employment assistance, linkages to rental assistance, computer access, financial education classes, tech training, and more.

PROJECT ACCESS

Ensuring Health, Housing, and Food Security
Bridge has a longstanding partnership with Project Access to provide vital on-site health, education, and employment services to families, children, and seniors living in our residences. Project Access’ physical presence in Bridge’s Workforce and Affordable Housing communities provides high-touch and high-impact programs that advance equity and economic mobility.

BRIDGE GIVES

Dynamic Workplace Giving
Bridge provides a 1:1 match up to $1000 per employee for its workplace giving program to charitable organizations, and each employee can spend one day each year volunteering in one of our communities.
