Tommy Zauder

Tommy Zauder serves as Regional Vice President of Asset Strategy & Operations for Bridge Property Management. He oversees Bridge’s multifamily assets in the Pacific Northwest, Colorado and Northern California regions, and leads the company’s national relationships with sponsor partners on Opportunity Zone assets. Tommy joined Bridge in 2022 and has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.  

Prior to joining Bridge, Tommy was the Senior Director of Real Estate for Greystar in Nevada, where he oversaw a portfolio of over 9,000 apartment units across a variety of property types and classes. Earlier in his career, Tommy spent 16 years at Alliance Residential, advancing to Vice President prior to Alliance’s acquisition by Greystar in 2020. His expertise in budgeting and forecasting, capital improvement planning, investor relations, deal sourcing, lease-up strategy, and property rehabilitation are invaluable skills he continues to grow at  Bridge. In addition, Tommy studied Political Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and has been an active industry leader through his involvement in professional associations.  Tommy has served on the Board of Directors of the Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA) since 2014 and he currently sits on the Board of Directors of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Tommy is currently a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.  

Tommy resides in Nevada with his wife of 22 years and their two children. When he’s not cheering on his kids at sporting events or extracurricular activities, he enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and exploring off-road trails in his Jeep.
