WORKFORCE & AFFORDABLE HOUSING

As a market leader in community revitalization, we modernize older housing projects with functional amenities that protect our assets, investors, and residents. We rehabilitate older, often run-down, housing stock with functional upgrades and amenities to create energetic communities that are more than just four walls and a roof.

BUILDING QUALITY AFFORDABLE HOUSING

At Bridge, our mission to provide quality affordable housing is rooted in creating vibrant, thriving communities with modern, functional amenities such as educational services, ESL, career counseling, after-school programming, safe and engaging play areas for children, onsite health screenings and exercise facilities and the Bridge Credit Plus program to empower residents and boost economic and social mobility.

These life-enriching programs are proudly subsidized by Bridge.

SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENTS

At Bridge, we aim to create and preserve affordable housing communities for America’s workforce. We are passionate about revitalizing communities through our differentiated and socially responsible approach to investing, creating innovative and valuable social programs that drive tenant satisfaction and investor value.

Leveraging our deep in-house operating platforms to reposition assets with specialized community and life-enhancing services, we strive to make quality housing affordable.

LEADING A NEW ERA OF VALUES-DRIVEN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT.

Bridge Workforce & Affordable Housing invests in multifamily communities where at least 51%+ of our units are occupied by families earning less than 80% of the area’s median income. With an estimated 12 million households spending over 50% of annual income on housing and a 9% decline in Class B/C multifamily units as a percentage of total stock since 2000, there is a dire need for affordable housing.

With our active asset management and proven well-established property management platforms, we seek to preserve affordable housing stock while providing attractive risk-adjusted returns and stable, secure cash flows.
