What Mentorship Means to Bridge

  At Bridge, we view mentorship as building valuable relationships across the organization, contributing to more effective teamwork, and fostering growth and engagement. Mentorships help to improve job satisfaction and employee retention, increase productivity, cultivate a positive work culture, and provide professional development on a more personal level. The Bridge Mentor Program pairs employees with experienced colleagues and allows them to choose the strategy and meeting structure that works best for both parties.
