Sustainability & Responsibility
Since Bridge Investment Group’s formation, responsible business practices have been a hallmark of our performance. We work to maximize shareholder value and seek to strengthen the efficiency and longevity of our assets and business. Sustainability practices, in their most practical application, are part of our approach to doing well by doing good. We believe that by implementing practices and policies across our assets that increase efficiency, reduce costs, protect from climate risks, and plan for long-term resilience, we can maximize shareholder value.
OUR FRAMEWORK

Our Environmental Management System
Our environmental initiatives are guided by our sustainability strategy and Bridge’s Environmental Management System (“EMS”). Our EMS seeks to effectively incorporate sustainability into Bridge’s structure, culture, and business strategy. It guides our approach to assessing existing conditions, developing goals, implementing strategies, analyzing performance against targets, and repeating the process to create a continual cycle of improvement.
