Therese Taylor

Therese Taylor serves as Vice President of Owner Relations on the Seniors Housing team at Bridge Investment Group. Ms. Taylor has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She has been intimately involved in equity placements and capital management, acquisitions, project underwriting and finance, due diligence, portfolio management, risk management, strategic planning, and disposition of real estate investments across multiple markets in the eastern U.S.

Therese previously served as Vice President of Investment Sales for Hold Thyssen, Inc., a full-service CRE firm that specializes in the stabilization and disposition of distressed assets for CMBS special servicers and commercial lenders. She managed the assets to stabilization and then sold the REO on the open market. Ms. Taylor also served as Vice President for the private equity group of KeyBank Real Estate Capital where she successfully closed more than $110M in equity investments for the bank.

As Vice President for CIG International, a privately held mezzanine/equity provider, she originated and managed investments in ground-up mid-rise condominiums, townhome developments, and condo conversion projects in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas.  As a capital manager, Therese was a senior portfolio manager for Hearthstone, a capital investment manager for CalPERS, GMAC and various other pension funds and university endowments. Hearthstone provided the capital required to acquire, develop and deliver for-sale housing developments across the U.S.  As Senior Investment Manager, Therese had P&L responsibility for 3,000 single family units in some twenty residential projects located across the Southeast in a portfolio valued at more than $500 million.

She holds the LEED-AP designation, a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License, and is a CCIM candidate.  Therese is a member of the CCIM Institute and the Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network (CREW Network).  She is currently serving as 2018 President of CREW Orlando. Therese earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
