Teresa Hough is a Managing Director at Bridge Debt Strategies Fund Manager LLC with 18 years of experience in finance and commercial real estate. Her experience prior to Bridge includes:
- From 2004 to 2015, Mrs. Hough was a senior underwriter for the Commercial Real Estate Lending group within the Fixed Income Division of Morgan Stanley. During this time, Mrs. Hough performed all aspects of due diligence related to structuring and underwriting $2Bn of loans in over 100 transactions targeted for securitization. From 2007 to 2011 she was responsible for managing, restructuring, and reporting risk of unsold loans valued at over $21.2Bn (including the $20Bn Hilton Worldwide Hotel Portfolio).
- Hough was also involved in originating loans for Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Clients and assisted in developing a Client Relationship Management database to centralize the internal referral process for Firm Clients.
- Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mrs. Hough was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Advisory Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, NY and Houston, TX.
Mrs. Hough received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. She has participated in additional training and development courses in real estate finance and valuation at NYU and the Appraisal Institute.
