David Wigle serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Bridge Seniors Housing Fund Manager LLC and is a member of the Executive Committee and Asset Management Group. He has 30 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, construction and asset management. In 2010, Mr. Wigle joined Consulate/Lavie Healthcare’s executive management team leading the operational functions of facilities asset management, CapEx management, procurement, spend management and pharmacy.
Prior to that, Mr. Wigle was a partner at Broad Street Partners – Commercial where he had responsibility for the company’s operations, including acquisitions, development, asset management and investment strategy. During his career, he developed properties valued at more than $250 million including restaurants, retail, hospitality and healthcare with a focus on the assemblage of large parcels for mixed-use developments.
From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Wigle was President of Maple & Main Redevelopment, LLC, an affiliate of CNL Financial Group, where he was responsible for investment activities including acquisitions, development, construction and portfolio management. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Wigle was Vice President of Construction for CNL Franchise Network, LP.
Prior to joining CNL Franchise Network, LP, Mr. Wigle was President of RCS/GPI, Inc., a regional firm providing environmental, industrial and utilities construction services to the Departments of Defense and Energy, EPA, U.S. Navy, NASA and large defense contractors throughout the southeast.
Mr. Wigle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Florida.
