Correspondent Relationships
In addition to the experience Brad Andrus provides to existing and potential clients, Bridge Structured Finance has existing exclusive correspondent relationships with major lenders. This allows BSF to exclusively represent lenders such as Wells Fargo and KeyBank. Collectively, Brad has financed more than $900 million in commercial mortgage loans for these lenders. Therefore, these exclusive relationships are deeply rooted and are expected to continue in the foreseeable future. In addition to these exclusive relationships, BSF has formed non-exclusive relationships and closed loans with over 20 of the top lenders in the country, including NorthMarq/Freddie Mac, Greystone/Fannie Mae, and Prudential, to name just a few. In the commercial mortgage brokerage business, a firm’s success is predicated upon the strength of their lending relationships, which take years to establish. Bridge Structured Finance joins Bridge Investment Group  with a well-established track record, which will not only allow Bridge Investment Group  to benefit from the most advantageous financing options, but will allow Bridge Structured Finance to attract additional clients.
