Jonathan Slager

Mr. Slager has 31 years of experience in the real estate, finance, and software industries. Mr. Slager has been involved in underwriting, acquiring and managing over $3.5 Billion in assets including all ROC fund assets, and has been a key driver of asset executions and returns. From 2005 to 2009 Mr. Slager worked with The Pacific Group USA, Inc., and with Bridge Loan Capital Fund, along with Messrs. Hartman, Pennington, and Hutchinson. He was responsible for major acquisitions, development, and entitlements and financing of major real estate projects. Mr. Slager worked for nearly a decade at The Koll Company and then Wells Fargo Bank where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, asset management and disposition of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Slager played the leading role on large institutional commercial real estate projects ranging from resort, residential, office, industrial and retail projects. Mr. Slager earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University in 1985. He earned his BA in English, Phi Beta Kappa cum laude, from the University of Utah in 1981.

Danuel Stanger

Danuel Stanger serves as Vice Chairman of Bridge Investment Group, Chief Investment Officer of Bridge Multifamily Fund Manager LLC, & Co-CIO of Bridge Workforce and Affordable Housing. Mr. Stanger has 28 years of experience in every phase of the real estate investment process including finding, analyzing, acquiring, financing, developing, managing, improving and selling properties. He has been directly responsible for investing in over US$1 billion dollars in real estate assets including investments in multi and single family residential properties, commercial offices, resort golf properties, hotel, and retail properties. This track record includes double-digit returns even in difficult time periods. Since the inception of Bridge Investment Group, Mr. Stanger has focused his full-time efforts on the remarkable acquisitions available to Bridge that presented themselves as a result of the global financial crisis. He has been the primary driver of acquisitions, management, and disposition of all Bridge investments. Mr. Stanger was CEO of Bridge Founders Group, LLC (a Bridge Investment Group affiliate) until March 2009. He was involved in all phases of developments and investments since inception; approved all commitments, and was responsible for day-to-day management of investment activities. In particular, he was responsible for market and individual investment analysis, transaction structuring and planning, development and joint venture equity partner relationships. Mr. Stanger began his real estate career in 1988, on the heels of a banking career with Prudential Federal and American Savings, directing credit restructuring, workouts, management and disposition of all commercial investment real estate and corporate lending foreclosures at American Savings from 1985 through 1988. Mr. Stanger left Prudential Federal and American Savings in 1988 to found Strategic Management and Consulting, which focused on property management and the resolution of distressed commercial properties including retail, office warehouse, medical office, hospitality and residential real estate. Mr. Stanger merged this company into Prowswood Companies in 1990, where he became Vice-President and Managing Director of the Equity Investment Division. He left Prowswood in 1997 to form CDS Investments, Inc. the predecessor company to Bridge Founders Group, LLC. Mr. Stanger has been a member of many community organizations and served on the Board of Neighborhood Housing Services, and as a Founding Member of the Utah Community Reinvestment Corporation, an organization established by the banking community to invest funds in residential and commercial communities. Mr. Stanger is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), was the chair of the Utah Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee, and served on the National Committee for CCIM.

Richard W. Stayner

Richard W. Stayner

As CEO of Bridge Property Management LLC and Co-CIO of Bridge Workforce & Affordable Housing, Richard Stayner oversees all property management processes, personnel, and operations on a day-to-day basis along with reporting procedures for institutional clients, joint venture partners, lenders, governmental entities and housing authorities. Mr. Stayner has over 25 years of extensive multi-family property management experience including both large-scale conventional and affordable housing apartment projects along with condominium properties with Prowswood Companies, Boston Financial, and Lend-Lease. Mr. Stayner has been instrumental in the underwriting and due diligence process of Bridge's portfolio, in addition to being responsible for the on-site, value add improvements that have allowed Bridge to extract significant value from properties and to deliver strong returns to investors. As a principal with Lend-Lease Real Estate Investments division, Mr. Stayner had responsibility for its multifamily apartment assets in 11 western U.S. states along with asset acquisitions, and market and operational analysis. He also developed Lend-Lease’s operational procedures for their management of the U.S. military housing privatization project. Mr. Stayner has a Certified Property Management designation and is a past board member of the Salt Lake Apartment Association as well as a past president of the Utah Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Matt DeGraw

Matt DeGraw

Matt DeGraw serves as President at Bridge Property Management. Mr. DeGraw joined Bridge Investment Group in 2004 as a Portfolio Manager and became President and Chief Operating Officer in 2015. As President, Mr. DeGraw oversees operations throughout the portfolio of Bridge Property Management’s multi-family assets. Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. DeGraw served as a Regional Manager and Director of Operations for Evergreen Management Group. Previously, Mr. DeGraw was a Community Manager at Wasatch Premier Communities for three years. While at Wasatch he also worked with their Acquisition Team. Mr. DeGraw began his career as a Leasing Agent at a multifamily-asset with REIT Archstone. Mr. DeGraw has his CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and has also served on the Board and Executive Board of the Utah Apartment Association. Mr. DeGraw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Economics from the University of Utah.

Tim Reardon

Tim Reardon

Tim Reardon is the Chief Operating Officer of Bridge Property Management. Previously, Tim ran the Revenue Management department for Bridge. He helped launch and oversee in excess of 50,000 units onto Revenue Management and more than 30,000 units onto Bridge’s Business Intelligence platform. Prior to his time with Bridge, Tim owned his own retail business as well as having had successful tenures in sports media as an Associate Producer with Fox Sports Network in Los Angeles, CA and as a Content Manager with Broadband Sports in Santa Monica, CA. Tim holds a B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Rick Andrus

Rick Andrus

Rick Andrus serves as Managing Director of Dispositions for Bridge Multifamily Fund Manager LLC. He has 25 years of experience in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of real estate assets. Andrus joined Bridge in 2001. Prior to his role as Managing Director of Dispositions, Mr. Andrus served as a Portfolio Manager, where he was responsible for overseeing numerous multifamily properties across 4 states including major rehabilitation projects, and as a Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions, where he underwrote and analyzed numerous multifamily and office building acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Andrus served as Vice-President for Cal America Savings where he led the commercial loan resolution group responsible for the restructuring and work-out of their non-performing loan portfolio. Previously he was a Senior Vice-President of Fi-tech Financial, a Bay Area Mortgage Company, where he created and ran the day-to-day operations of the commercial & multifamily lending division. Andrus began his real estate career in 1980 with Equitec Financial Group, a San Francisco Bay Area Syndicator, where he worked in real estate acquisitions and eventually directed the firm’s lending group.

Colin Apple

Colin Apple

Colin Apple serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Bridge Multifamily Fund Manager LLC. Prior to Bridge, Mr. Apple worked as a Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Group at Starr Insurance Holdings in NYC underwriting both direct and fund real estate investment opportunities in the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia. While at Starr, he invested in over $1 billion of direct real estate investments around the globe and multiple real estate fund strategies including multifamily housing, emerging market development, and distressed debt. Prior to Starr, Mr. Apple worked as an Analyst and Underwriter for the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Group at Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Apple received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Middlebury College. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute, the New York Society of Security Analysts, and is the Treasurer of the CFA Society of Salt Lake.

David Svikhart

David Svikhart

David E. Svikhart, serves as Managing Director/Multifamily Asset Management for Bridge Investment Group. He has 35 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions/dispositions and asset management. Mr. Svikhart re-joined Bridge in October 2014 after previously working as Director of Acquisitions/Dispositions from 1997 – 2004. Mr. Svikhart began his career at the $3.20 billion American Savings and Loan, Salt Lake City, UT, serving as Senior Vice President/Real Estate Owned (REO), directing the management and sale of American’s $150 million REO portfolio. Mr. Svikhart subsequently joined Fairbanks Capital Corporation, a private equity firm based in Park City, UT, that invested in non-performing single family loan pools. Mr. Svikhart directed all acquisition, asset management and disposition activities at Fairbanks and increased the firm’s holdings from $35 million to over $150 million in less than three years. At Bridge, Mr. Svikhart helped expand Bridge’s apartment portfolio from $50 million to over $450 million in seven years. After establishing an independent consulting firm specializing in the acquisition/disposition of value-add CRE, Mr. Svikhart was engaged as an Advisor by Sperry Van Ness, a national commercial brokerage firm, where he specialized in listing and selling value-add multifamily properties. Mr. Svikhart is a licensed real estate broker (inactive) in the State of Utah. Mr. Svikhart is a published author and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in City Planning from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Rachel Luczak

Rachel Luczak is a vice president with Bridge Property Management, overseeing our portfolios in Arizona, Washington, and Oregon since 2016. Rachel previously worked as both a property manager and portfolio manager with Bridge, and has been with Bridge for 9 years. She has a total of 12 years of property management experience. Rachel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Regis University. She has been the recipient of Bridge awards for Most Improved Property, Property of the Year, Excellence in Property Management, and the Bridge Award. In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, hiking, golfing, playing piano, and spending time with family.

Suzanne Applegate

Suzanne Applegate

Ms. Applegate has 25+ years of multifamily property management experience ranging from Class B and C communities, Affordable Housing communities, Student Housing, lease ups and value added. Ms. Applegate joined Bridge Property Management as Portfolio Manager overseeing Salt Lake, Albuquerque and Texas Portfolio in April 2011.  She was promoted to Vice President in January 2013 and currently oversees the operations of the Salt Lake, Colorado, Las Vegas, Chicago, North Carolina and Baltimore Portfolios. Prior to joining Bridge Property Management she was a Regional Manager with Millwood Management responsible for the overall operations and new construction lease ups for communities located in Salt Lake City. Prior to Millwood Management she was a Regional Manager for Evergreene Management for 15 years responsible for overall operations of the Salt Lake and New Mexico Portfolios. Ms. Applegate is involved in the local industry by having served as a Board Member of the Utah Apartment Association. She has completed training and certifications for Tax Credit Compliance.

Jennifer Luikens

Ms. Luikens has 25+ years of multifamily property management experience ranging from Class A, B and C communities, lease ups, condo conversions and value add. She joined Bridge Property Management as Portfolio Manager for the Colorado Portfolio in February 2011. She was promoted to Vice President in January 2013 and currently oversees the operations of the California, Kansas City, Mississippi and Texas Portfolios. Prior to joining Bridge she was a Regional Manager with Riverstone Residential Group in Santa Ana, California. She was responsible for the overall operations of 1,071 unit portfolio with locations in Riverside and Los Angeles. Prior to Riverstone Residential Group she was an Executive Portfolio Manager for FPI Management directly responsible for managing portfolios for institutional owners such as Federal Realty, Kennedy Wilson and Pacific Property Company. Ms. Luikens has earned the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation through the California Apartment Association and the Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also earned an Associate of Arts, Business from Mission College in 2002.
