Jason Clark

Jason M. Clark serves as Managing Director of Financial Reporting. In this role, Jason is responsible for the financial reporting and accounting policies of Bridge’s investment companies. He oversees Bridge Fund Financial Services LLC and has led the three year build out of its professional services offering, including the implementation of portfolio and investor accounting software, an investor portal and its SOC 1 control environment. The team is comprised of over 50 accounting and finance professionals who are responsible for investor and financial reporting, issuing over 80 unique sets of financials and approximately 12,000 investor reports. He is also a member of the Bridge Fund Management and Operations Committees.

Prior to joining Bridge in 2013, Jason held a Senior Investment Accounting role at UMB Fund Services, where he was responsible for the financial reporting and accounting of different open-ended hedge funds and fund of funds, up to $5B in size. Prior to joining UMB in 2007, he worked in the Biotech and Cosmetic Manufacturing Industries, where he gained operational and accounting experience, drafting standard operating procedures, managing production teams and implementing technology to improve accounting processes. From 1999 to 2001, he lived abroad and provided volunteer service and humanitarian aid in Russia and Belarus. Jason received a B.S. in Accountancy from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he also studied language arts and is fluent in Russian. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
