Alex Jugant
MANAGING DIRECTOR, ACQUISITIONS & DEPUTY CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER, BRIDGE DEVELOPMENT AND OPPORTUNITY ZONE
Alex Jugant serves as a Managing Director Acquisitions & Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Bridge Development and Opportunity Zone, leading the acquisitions, development, and asset management throughout the Eastern US. Prior to Bridge, Alex worked at the Irvine Company leading the reinvestment and disposition of multifamily assets throughout coastal California. His efforts were focused on successfully renovating and repositioning more than 5,000 units to enhance operating potential and drive sustainability initiatives. Prior to the Irvine Company, Alex led the development of multifamily affordable housing properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for ROEM Development. Alex received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
