Alden Campbell

Alden Campbell serves as a Managing Director of Bridge Debt Capital Markets where he grows and maintains lending relationships while sourcing, negotiating, and closing real estate loans for acquisitions and refinancings. He is fully integrated into the asset management teams, allowing for operational surveillance and oversight of loan compliance, reporting, and restructurings. He plays an integral role in the formation of companywide strategies and risk management initiatives related to the utilization of leverage across the various fund verticals. Prior to joining Bridge, Alden performed land acquisition for a national developer and subsequently worked on a debt and equity placement team for a commercial mortgage banking firm. Alden received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Florida State University and is a CFA charter holder.
