Bridge Investment Group is pleased to announce it has been listed among PERE’s 50 largest private equity real estate firms. Bridge ranked 27th on this year’s PERE 50 list with a five year fundraising total of $3.975 billion, up 10 spots from 2016 and up 41 spots in total since its first time on the list in 2014. In the aggregate, Bridge manages over $10 billion of capital across selected specialized verticals.
“We are honored to be recognized by PERE as a top 50 private equity real estate firm, especially among such an esteemed group of industry peers,” said Robert Morse, Chairman of Bridge Investment Group. “This past year’s growth is reflective of the investments we have made in our business, and of the performance we have delivered to our investors worldwide. In addition to strengthening our investment teams, we hired a new head of research, Ed Pierzak, PhD, launched dedicated strategies in Workforce & Affordable Housing and Office and have continued to leverage our specialized expertise and in-house operating platforms to help our clients meet their unique investing goals. We are looking forward to expanded opportunities across the verticals in which we invest. In recognition of our growth, we have also formed a new charitable committee to give back to our communities, including the creation of a ‘Bridge to Education’ scholarship program for our college-bound residents.”
