Rhonda Cantrell Dunn

Co-Chair, Vice President of Operations Support, Bridge Senior Living

Rhonda Cantrell Dunn serves as Vice President of Operations Support with Bridge Senior Living. Rhonda partners with organizational leaders to perform a combined function with both regional and area coverage as well as responsibilities of an Operations Specialist leading select company initiatives. With over 15 years of experience across Senior Living, she has overseen operations for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Adult Day Care communities. Rhonda has also served as Executive Director/Administrator with Elmcroft, Sunrise and Knowles Home Senior Living communities. Prior to her career in Senior Living, she served as Senior Vice President of Membership and Marketing with the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee and President/CEO of the Urban League of Middle Tennessee (formerly Nashville Urban League). She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tennessee State University in Business Administration with emphasis in Management. She also has a Certificate with the Community Health Science Program, School of Graduate Studies from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. She has been licensed by the Department of Health, Board of Licensing, Home for the Aged/Assisted Care Living Facility Administrator for the state of Tennessee since 2006.
